Dr. Flynn is a chiropractor, as well as the founder and CEO of The Wellness Way. As a young child, he was labeled ‘troubled’ because he had a difficult time learning, focusing, and existing within the school system. Years later, as a teenager, he went through a series of events that led him to discover he had immune issues which contributed to his neurological setbacks. This discovery inspired Dr. Flynn to begin his journey defining his purpose and initiating his pursuit of education.
He has attended numerous colleges and took countless courses from learning institutions including the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and Marinette, Scott College, Northwestern Health Sciences, National Health Sciences, Palmer College of Chiropractic, and Harvard Medical School— HMX Fundamentals Online Certificate Program- Immunology. His education contributes to his expertise in immunology and hormones.
Within his 21 years of practice, he trained thousands of doctors on a different approach to healthcare and continues to do so today. There are currently 80 practicing clinics across the world. Dr. Flynn is also the author of an international bestselling book— I Disagree: How These Two Words Are the Secret to Thinking Differently and Taking Control of Your Health. He makes an impact by hosting seminars for the public called The Hormone Connection.
Despite his numerous accomplishments, he states he is a small-town country boy that came up with an idea to help people.

Joshua Stabenau is a seasoned TV producer nominated for an Emmy following his production work with Boondock Nation, an extreme backcountry snowmobiling television show he created from the ground up. He has created multiple television shows and has over 18 years of professional broadcast experience. Joshua brings knowledge to The Wellness Way with expert-level skillsets that match his drive. With a strong passion and vision for change, he views content creation from a perspective personally significant to him: the story. He is motivated to raise the standard around him to produce the highest quality, most entertaining content possible and help others do the same.
Joshua has professional experience with several regional sports networks. He has directed and filmed for the Pursuit Channel, Big East Digital Network, ESPN, and Fox Sports. Regarding the outdoors, “Stabs” is a veteran whitetail hunter with 25+years’ experience. Each fall, he treks deep into the Wisconsin wilderness in pursuit of the ghosts so many hunters never see. If you know anything about Stabs, he loves filming as much as he loves chasing big whitetails.
Although Joshua loves the mountains and filming outdoor television, it was time for a change when his daughter was born. He needed a place to hang his creative hat to be a full-time father rather than spending weeks in the field. Stabs applied to the Wellness Way and was passed over for another creative. Joshua returned to outdoor television, where he stacked some more hardware, winning the Best Cinematography award from Carbon TV and three trophies from the Tellys.
Two years later, The Wellness Way had another opening, and he tossed in his resume again. When Joshua finally joined The Wellness Way, he truly found his vocation in life. Getting the health restoration message out is his newfound personal challenge. He loves to innovate but knows an idea’s true value lies in how you use it. Most days, Joshua can be found speaking to other creatives or, maybe, if you’re lucky, in his office editing something jaw-dropping for The Wellness Way’s audience.

Miranda Biebel plays a crucial role in The Wellness Way team, holding the positions of Social Media Manager and Content Creator for Dr. Patrick. Before joining The Wellness Way team, Miranda worked full-time a in grocery retail and pursued personal training because of her passion for health. With over a decade of experience in retail, Miranda has a diverse skill set that has helped her make a significant impact on the store’s success. She served as a manager for three years, where she started a mark-down program that both companies still use today. Additionally, she transformed the organic foods department by introducing multiple new vendors and strategies that the company still uses. Miranda’s social media expertise also helped drive new customers and promote new products to the store.
What sets Miranda apart is her passion for helping others achieve better health. As a certified personal trainer, Miranda understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the role that alternative health solutions can play in achieving optimal wellness. Growing up with parents who questioned the status quo of the health field, Miranda developed a deep appreciation for holistic approaches to health that focus on prevention and treating the root cause of illness rather than just symptoms. While witnessing a loved one severely struggle with their health challenges, Miranda knew firsthand the importance of finding the right information and support. This led her to discover The Wellness Way and become an advocate for their mission.
Upon discovering The Wellness Way, Miranda was immediately drawn to their content and quickly identified a problem with their social media strategy. She began taking notes and brainstorming ways to improve it. In 2019, Miranda applied for the company’s social media position but was denied due to her lack of experience. However, this did not discourage her. Instead, Miranda made it her mission to learn all things about social media and the company. She attended company events, scheduled her days around Dr. Patrick’s live videos, became a patient, and referred customers to The Wellness Way. Over the course of a year, Miranda worked hard to hone her skills and gain knowledge. In July 2020, her persistence paid off when she was hired as a front desk receptionist at The Wellness Way.
Miranda joined The Wellness Way as a front desk receptionist, but it wasn’t long before she demonstrated her exceptional skills in social media. Recognizing her talents, she was promoted to a dual role as Doctor’s Assistant and part-time social media specialist. Her hard work and dedication caught the attention of Joshua Stabenau, the company’s creative director, who eventually hired Miranda full-time to manage the company’s social media accounts, with a particular focus on promoting Dr. Patrick Flynn’s message of health restoration. Under Miranda’s leadership, Dr. Patrick’s Instagram following has grown from 8k to 265k in less than a year, and his TikTok following by over 200k followers in under a year.
Miranda has made substantial progress in expanding The Wellness Way’s social media reach by continuously seeking to improve her skills and utilizing cutting-edge technology, including a team of robots, she has developed a highly effective social media strategy that has generated tens of thousands of leads for the company. Miranda also collaborated with VP of Marketing Brandon Flynn and Creative Director Joshua Stabenau to launch the sales department, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Miranda’s reliance on robots is so extensive that she even had one of them write this bio!
Miranda remains committed to continuing to build The Wellness Way’s social media presence and spreading the message of holistic health and wellness to as many people as possible. With her leadership, creativity, and dedication to alternative health solutions, The Wellness Way is well-positioned to continue to thrive and help people achieve their wellness goals.

Dr. Steph Tilden believes in supporting and guiding patients to take control of their health and wellness with the Wellness Way approach. She believes that through consultations, lab testing, adjustments, and nutrition, a patient can truly find the answers to their health questions and a clear path to follow to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
In 2015, Dr. Steph Tilden received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, IA. While at Palmer she was chosen to work in the Radiology Department, where she received in-depth experience and further training in radiology. She also worked with the community in Davenport, IA, and surrounding areas as an intern at the Davenport Outreach Clinic and Community Health Care Clinic in Moline, IL. While at the Community Health Care Clinic, she was one of two students to be chosen to work closely with the supervising doctors to further her training in clinical research and writing peer-reviewed studies.
In February 2015, before receiving her degree, Dr. Steph traveled to Hyderabad, India to participate in a clinic abroad program. Over the course of 3 weeks, she and 40 other students of Chiropractic gave over 5000 free adjustments at schools, hospitals, and throughout the community. This opportunity provided her with hands-on experience treating many complex symptoms and conditions. After graduation, Dr. Steph returned to Cedar Rapids, IA to work with a Wellness Way clinic before moving to Oahu, HI. She was able to spend 3 years experiencing island life before returning to the mainland for an opportunity to own a Wellness Way in the city of Beaverton, OR.
Dr. Steph has done extensive training while in school and after graduation. She completed a 300-hour training in Gonstead Chiropractic, and a dual 300-hour training in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health Practitioner from the College of Integrative Medicine. Dr. Alex is a motivated Twin Cities native with a variety of interests. As a toddler, he earned the nickname of “Robo-baby” because of his active nature. This followed him into his youth through his participation in skateboarding and hockey. He played hockey for 14 years, and during this time sustained a low back injury at the age of 14 while playing for his high school league. It was this experience that introduced Dr. Alex to the life-changing effects of chiropractic care. For a month of being injured, he was unable to run, kick a ball, or even perform the simple task of bending over. After exhausting his options in traditional healthcare without finding any solutions, Dr. Alex received care from a chiropractor who got him back on the ice in two weeks. It was that formative experience that led him to pursue a career in the health sciences.
After high school, Dr. Alex went on to attend the University of Minnesota – Duluth, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. After graduation, Dr. Alex decided to join the United States Army Corps of Engineers before attending chiropractic school at Northwestern. After beginning his studies at Northwestern, Dr. Alex became the president of the Veteran’s Club on campus and played a considerable role in advocating quality care for student veterans. While attending Northwestern, Dr. Alex also completed his Master of Science in Exercise Science at Concordia University – St. Paul. Obtaining this gave way to Dr. Alex writing his thesis on utilizing Jiu-Jitsu to manage PTSD symptoms in veterans, and now is an active member in the sport.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Dr. Alex changed his perspective from the traditional approach of sports chiropractic to that of The Wellness Way. He discovered that the Swiss Watch principles developed by founder Dr. Patrick Flynn made sense to him, and he admired the values of the organization. Soon after, Dr. Alex obtained an internship under Dr. Patrick at the main office in Green Bay, WI during his final trimester of chiropractic school. Dr. Alex has always been fascinated by the “why” behind the occurrence of every disease and what can be done to restore function. In the spring of 2022, Dr. Alex graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with honors. The different perspective that Dr. Alex has learned through the Wellness Way has changed his life. As a sergeant, he always reminds his soldiers of General George S. Patton’s famous words: “if everyone is thinking alike, then somebody isn’t thinking.”

Her consistent follow-through and sincere spirit allow her to connect and support her team. She applies that experience to help other offices so they can also provide the best quality care, consistent with The Wellness Way approach, for their patients. Cori’s passion to share life-giving information and her welcoming attitude make her a natural, trusted trainer and support for Wellness Way clinics. Dr Jason Smith, or “Doc” as most will know him, is as analytical as analytical gets. The reason I start out with that sentence is that it speaks to the fact that he wants to get it right. No matter what it is, he wants to do it right and that is innate to who he is. So when you come into Liberty Chiropractic, you aren’t just coming for an adjustment…you are saying yes to getting it right.
Dr. Jason Smith was born in Texas, raised in Kansas, and attended high school in Georgia. In all of these states, he wrestled and over the years developed the character of an elite athlete who learned to sacrifice wants for the need to achieve, put hard work before play, to set goals and achieve them all the way to becoming a high school State Champion for Troup County in Georgia. He went on to wrestle for Carson Newman University and graduated with a bachelors of Science.
Jason continued his education at Life Chiropractic University to fulfill his dream of being a chiropractor. After graduating Magma cum laude, he went to Dothan, AL and practiced under a seasoned, well-established Chiropractor. When it was time to put down roots, he and his wife Cyndi knew that their roots were in east Tennessee. So, in 1998, his dream finally came to reality. Doc hung his very own sign and began his practice here in Knoxville. Over the years he made some name changes, upgrades, and acquired more education. The one thing that has not changed is his passion to help people lead a high quality of life. Doc has had the same vision since the beginning, to release people to live up to their full potential and provide healing and hope to others. His philosophy in life is if you’re going to do something, go all out and be your best. He carries this out daily in how he cares for his patients, himself and his hobbies. He is certified in upper cervical care, extremity adjusting, Chiropractic BioPhysics, Active Release Techniques, and whiplash trauma. He’s a nationally recognized speaker on health and wellness and a published research author.
Jason met his wife Cyndi at Carson Newman, and they married in January of his junior year. They have been married for almost 30 years and have three amazing young adults, Zachary, Cassie and Eli all ranging in age from 28 to 17. He takes life and the ability to live it freely, seriously. That is why he changed his name to Liberty Chiropractic and coined the phrase “Give me liberty or give me death! Give me, Liberty Chiropractic!” He lives, breathes and believes in what he does and knows it will bring liberty and freedom from pain and disease.

Dr. Jesse Anderson finds no greater joy than to see his patients change and learn how to be in control of their own health. This passion started with his own health journey when he started noticing improvements and change in aspects of his life he hadn’t realized needed improvement.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with a double major in Human Biology and Theatre. From there he went on to Fox Valley School of Massage to become a massage therapist and ultimately Northwestern Health Sciences University to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Today, Dr. Jesse loves studying the brain and other aspects of the body such as gut health and adrenal function that have a profound influence on mental health.

Brandon Flynn, Vice President of Marketing at The Wellness Way, has been an innovative leader and developer of systems throughout his entire career. His unique perspective and deep-thinking curiosity consistently challenge current strategies to improve them. Having grown up within The Wellness Way, Brandon’s understanding of the corporate vision and the unmatched clinical results The Wellness Way can deliver drives his passion for creating a sustainable and duplicatable strategy for clinical growth. As Dr. Patrick Flynn’s right-hand visionary and with his nature to inspire others in their growth, Brandon communicates concepts and plans to Wellness Way clinic leadership in a way that strengthens the brand and unifies the team. Brandon lives near Green Bay, Wisconsin, with his wife, Rebekah, and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys a good board game or round of golf with friends and family.

As a youth, Dr. Shannon Bundy played every sport her school offered. She was MVP of her softball team, the only girl on the soccer team, a second-degree black belt, and won first place as National Kickboxing Champion when she was 16. After graduation, she immediately went to college where she was in school for 8 years, sat constantly, completely stopped working out, and gave birth to 5 children. What a life flip! It does not take much to imagine the toll this took on her emotionally and physically. Fortunately, this started her journey on recognizing how the everyday health decisions we make “Toxins, Trauma, and Thoughts” greatly affect a persons quality of life.
Dr. Bundy specializes in health restoration. This means she thinks and acts differently to solve the health care challenges others cannot. This includes high quality testing, in-depth custom labs, and hands on support for her patients individual needs. This different perspective allows her to work with many different health conditions such as: autoimmune, cancer, hormones, thyroid, infertility, digestive concerns, physical ailments and so much more.
Graduating in 2017 from Texas Chiropractic College, she has an Associates in Biology, a Bachelors in Human Biology, and is a Doctor of Chiropractic. With her additional Wellness Way training and other certifications in chiropractic she feels her clinic captures what health should be focused on: full body care, healing from the inside out.

Dr. Ryan grew up in Gainesville, Florida. He has always been amazed by the complexity of the human body; Anatomy and Physiology was his favorite subject! While studying at the University of Florida, he decided he wanted to help those who were sick become well again. To do that, he knew he needed to take a whole-body approach, and in 2013, he graduated with a doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. Through his years of education, this quote from Thomas Edison has always inspired him, “The doctor of the future will give no medications but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause of prevention of disease.”
Knowing that our bodies never make a mistake and we have an amazing ability to heal ourselves, we can begin the healing process by fixing the “master controller” of the body, the nervous system. As a Wellness Way practitioner, he is better able to help people with an array of conditions such as hormone imbalances, GI issues, auto-immune, infertility concerns, and so much more by starting with the root of the problem: inflammation. His goal for opening the Wellness Way Largo clinic is to make the community where he works and plays the healthiest it can possibly be and get people back to doing what they love to do. He and his wife Lindsay love the Tampa Bay area because it’s perfect for raising their family. They are blessed to have 2 boys, Breck and Oliver and the newest addition, 8 month old Madeline. They enjoy the outdoors – dog parks for their boxer Tanner, boating, farmers markets, and festivals along with the occasional Netflix binge on the side.

Dr. Jacqueline was born in Wichita, Kansas but has lived in Colorado from a young age. Dr. Jacqueline knew she wanted to be a Doctor of Chiropractic since she was fifteen when she injured her elbow as a high-level gymnast. She was unable to do gymnastics for six months and had tried many doctors and therapies to help her injury and nothing had worked. A teammate suggested trying chiropractic, and she was back to gymnastics in two weeks without any pain! From this experience, she knew she wanted to share the same life changing, natural, holistic healthcare with others. Dr. Jacqueline graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor’s in Integrative Physiology in 2008, and graduated with top honors, Sum Cum Laude, from Life University with a Doctor of Chiropractic in late 2011.
Dr. Jacqueline has loved clinical practice but was driven to find a solution to complex health issues because of her husband, Paul. Knowing that health comes from the inside out and not from a pill, she watched him continue to struggle with his sinuses. They knew how to live a clean, healthy lifestyle, but it wasn’t enough. Three sinus surgeries later Dr. Jacqueline had had enough. This drive led her to be introduced to Dr. Patrick Flynn, and The Wellness Way. This approach literally saved Paul’s life. He hasn’t had a fourth sinus surgery and has had no sinus issues since applying The Wellness Way approach. They have been operating The Wellness Way-Centennial for over 6 years and have a huge desire for sharing this message. Dr. Jacqueline has a deep passion for helping people find the root cause of their issues to give them back their quality of life. She often says, “I love you, but don’t want to see you” because she knows the body can restore itself when given the opportunity to heal.
Dr. Jacqueline enjoys traveling, camping, and anything that involves having fun! She loves spending time with her husband Paul and her children Odinn and Declann.
